Diane started her “business” out of a desire to make unique and meaningful malas for her daughters’ birthdays. She was so inspired by the gemstones - their meanings and beauty - that she continued to make them for friends. Out of this passion, “Hermosa Mountain Mala” began.
All of her creations are “malas as unique as you are” and one of a kind. Diane has hand picked many of her gemstones at the Tucson Gem and Mineral show, allowing her to offer you beautiful stones. All malas are made with 108 - 6mm round beads and finished with a delicate handmade silk tassel. She has a special talent for design and color combinations which she utilized in her previous work as an interior design consultant and now embodies in her malas.
Choose gemstones that have special meaning and she will create a custom mala just for you. Mala pricing is between $100.00 - $150.00 - based on the cost of the gemstones.
